Great for running or walking when you want to exercise with ear buds that are out of the way. These are bluetooth so you can link it to your phone and go for a jog or walk. Different ear buds than I am use too. I gave them to my husband he likes them. They fit his ears better than mine. They come with a nice case to store them in when you're not using them.
