When I recently took my cat to the vet our Veterans said he would recommend we brush her teeth. So one end is perfect for a dog and the other is great for a cat. But you have to slowly introduce it because they will be afraid of it. But if you do it slowly they will learn it's tasty. Cause you can purchase toothpaste that is specifically for dogs or cats.
