I have fibromyalgia and I am always having a new pain each day. These patches work great. They slowly heat up and that is nice because I always feel like heat makes my pain less. They are easy to peel and use. It's especially good for when I have lower back pain. It's a nice size to go across. There's no strong nasty old smell like for an older person. It last for a long time maybe 8 hours or more.
