Professional Kitchen Scissors and Poultry Shears

These Kitchen shears are great for cutting poultry, fish, vegetables or other needs. They can be used for opening bottles and cracking nuts. I have never seen those options on any other scissors. They are really sharp and well made. They cut precise and clean while cutting herbs from the garden or paper. They have a nice grip that helps if you are cutting slippery foods. I would highly recommend these kitchen shears not only for using while cooking but for everyday use. I can never find my scissors when I need them. But now I keep these in a safe place in the kitchen drawer so I will be able to find them. They have a protective case on them that keeps them from getting damp. Then there is a cover that goes over the blades which is nice so you wont get cut if you running your fingers through a drawer. The blade cover keeps it nice and clean. I found them to be strong, sturdy and lightweight. I have Fibromyaliga so using my hands can give me cramps. However using these they are so clean and precise I have not ran into that issue.
