If either your heading to next dancing lesson or sporting even. Perfect for an afternoon snack when you know your child's going to be asking the question what can I eat I'm hungry? They not only are perfect snack but are great for your lunch bag? Just add fruit and some chips. I thought each one I tried and were great. My kids had their individual favorite.

I received this from for free to try and give my honest opinion. I loved using it in healthy snacks such as mixing in Del Monte fruit cups. That has to be my favorite. The fat was 0 and calories ended up being around 150. Because I used the 0% FAGE Total Greek Yogurt. I also enjoyed mixing in granola and dried bananas.
