Grilling with grill mats is so much easier and cleaner than the original way of having to clean your grill or using tin foil.
I am so afraid of cleaning my grill with those metal cleaners I have heard so many stories of people finding a metal piece in their food that is so dangerous. So I would much rather use these grill mats. It keeps everything clean and I don't have to worry.
Plus while using grill mats if I want to use pieces that tend of fall off during grilling that's another bonus nothing will fall in my grill because the mat is there to save the day.
Another thing I have found with using a grill mat that I can't do on a normal grill unless I use special equipment. I can actually grill eggs or bacon right on the grill using the mats. I love that idea that is so much easier. So whatever I want to grill is possible.
The other neat thing I have found even though I am using a grill mat nobody has any idea because it leaves grill marks on the food.
The grill mats are made from PFOA free which I found to ease my mind because I want to know what I am using making sure its safe for my family and friends.
Best thing of all I found is easy clean up only have to wait until the mat is cool and then I wipe it down with damp cloth or I use put on top rack of dishwasher.
