Vanilla Oleoresin Essential Oil

I normally don't do very well with essential oils. They tend to be too strong or just not the scent I am going for.

But I was pleasantly surprised with this Gya Labs Vanilla Oleoresin essential oil.

I found it to be very pleasing. The smell is delicious. It smells just like that vanilla. It is exactly like a vanilla cookie, vanilla candle or vanilla extract. I was very happy with the scent.

I also learned some things I didn't know before about the vanilla essential oil. I read that its got benefits for sleep and relaxation to help you stay calm with anxiety. It can even give you mental wellness. The scent it self is very inviting. A warm scent that makes you smile.

I read that vanilla can be used as a sensual fragrance or an aphrodisiac. It's a sexy scent. It makes people want to be around you. So it would be great to use as a perfume or put in lotions.

Vanilla Oleoresin works to promote relaxation and a sense of calmness through its welcoming aroma. Use it before sleep or add it to a carrier oil to help diminish nervousness and unrest. The familiar and soothing scent is perfect to diffuse in the home or add to any aromatherapy products.

Useful Ideas
Vanilla Oleoresin does not mix completely in a carrier oil. To blend completely, dilute to 1-2% in your favorite body lotion or cream. Vanilla Oleoresin can be added to a carrier oil, but speckles of the Oleoresin will separate from the carrier. This is acceptable if you are making a product like a sugar scrub; some people enjoy the look of the brown speckles in lip balm, for instance. Diffuse 2 drops of Vanilla Oleoresin with 2 drops of Grapefruit Pink and 1 drop of Sandalwood for an exotic getaway in your own living room. For an uplifting bath experience, add 3 drops of Vanilla Oleoresin and 3 drops of Orange Sweet Essential Oil to 2 teaspoons of vodka and add to your bathtub.
