Tracing pad is great for all types of art work. I like using mine when I do woodwork. I do wood burning and it helps me get the idea down on the wood, so I can burn it. I think it helps younger people learn to draw. It's actually a great idea for them to start with. The paper is thin enough so you can see through making you be able to trace.
